Sleep your way to the top (of your game)

This past week, most of the US experienced an hour time change for Daylight’s Savings, which meant “losing” an hour.

sleeping to the top

Often this hour shows up in an hour less of sleep.

And yet, losing an hour of sleep can have some pretty nasty consequences, like feeling more irritable, depressed and stressed. Yuck!

In honor of World Sleep Day (which comes after Daylight’s Saving’s weekend), I wrote an article for my column at Psychology Today called “Sleeping to the Top (of Your Game).

No, this is not about inappropriate relationships but rather about how you can get a good night’s sleep.

Look, if you want to:

  • Have less stress
  • Get more stuff done in less time
  • Have better relationships
  • Boost your mood
  • Lose weight
  • Have less aches and pains
  • Remember more
  • And be happier

Then getting better sleep may be just want you need.

And get a good night’s sleep 🙂
